Partner Visa
This Visa applies to applicants who are engaged, formally married, in a de facto relationship or in an interdependent relationship (the most common example is that of the same sex relationship) with an Australian Citizen sponsor, for example;

Prospective Marriage Subclass Visa 300 - most commonly known as the 'fiance visa', who is outside Australia when the applicant applies. This Visa is for a person who is engaged but not yet married, to an Australian Citizen.

Spouse (Provisional) Subclass 309 - this Visa is for an applicant who is married to, or in a de facto relationship with an Australian citizen or an Australian permanent visa holder, who is outside Australia at the time of application. This Visa is a temporary Visa that can lead to a permanent Subclass Visa 100.

Spouse (Permanent) Subclass Visa 100 - this is a permanent Visa for an applicant who is married to, or in a de facto relationship with an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident Visa holder.

Spouse (Temporary) Subclass Visa 820 - this Visa is temporary, available for a person who is married to, or in a de facto relationship with an Australian citizen or a permanent Visa holder. However, this Visa is only available if the applicant is in Australia at the time of application.

Spouse (Permanent) Subclass Visa 801 - this is a permanent Visa which is available for a person who is married to, or in a de facto relationship with an Australian citizen or a permanent visa holder.

Interdependency (Provisional) Subclass Visa 310 - this Visa is for a person who is outside Australia and is in an "interdependent relationship" with an Australian citizen or a permanent Visa holder. This is a temporary Visa which can lead to a Permanent Interdependency Subclass Visa 110.

Interdependency (Permanent) Subclass 110 - this is a permanent Visa for a person who is in an "interdependent relationship" with an Australian citizen or a permanent visa holder.

Interdependency (Temporary) 826 - this is a temporary Visa for a person who is inside Australia at the time of application and is in an "interdependent relationship" with an Australian citizen or a permanent Visa holder. This Visa can lead to a Permanent Interdependent Subclass Visa 814.
